Reach Academy for Young Men seeks teachers in the following fields for its summer institute for boys: Math, English (reading and writing), visual arts, science/STEM, and filmmaking. 

 

We are interested in experienced teachers who will orient their pedagogy around a self-designed curriculum, centered on skills related to the subject area. The ideal teacher will be confident in their content knowledge so they can focus on each individual student through a relational teaching lens.

 

Ideal candidates possess both a genuine affinity for leading young men and teaching as a vital profession. These candidates are flexible, creative, outside-the-box practitioners of curriculum design and instructional delivery. They believe in the power of the classroom, and the importance of building learning communities based on relational trust.
